INTRODUCTION

I offer modules that focus on 3 Leadership Fundamentals:

Each module contains a list of topics. Each topic will go through the 3 stages of coaching:

DISCOVERY -> PRACTICE -> APPLICATION & FINE-TUNE

PERSONALIZATION

Topics will be combined and tailored to suit clients’ unique needs.

For example, under the RESULTS Module, we can combine “prioritising + setting goals + organise resources + plan execution” together.

The appropriate number of sessions depends on the skill level and progress of the individual.

From my experience, most leaders need a minimum of 6x 1 hour sessions in order to see measurable improvement in a topic/group of topics.

Topics can be converted into “1-to-few” coaching sessions for executive leadership teams.

Team coaching will focus on improving the leadership skills of the individuals, their teamwork, and their performance as an executive leadership team.
