Humor is a professional skill. My boss once put that as one of my “opportunities.” The issue was I overused it, especially when I was nervous. Ha. So I have been trying to make sure my kids aren’t as dry as I am.

There was one incident I felt down & losing confidence, our marketing effort seems not producing results I expected, he immediately jumped in, killed my automatic negative thoughts by analysing the situation rationally – results could take a longer period of time to produce. He also lifted my confidence by pointing out some of my characters which is vital to success.
That is exactly what a good coach is about. Pad on your shoulders when you need one, remind you something is off track, David has been excellent on that, doing it with empathy and acumen.
