Politicians are great at answering this question. So are great founders/CEOs/leaders. But if you are like me, I actually can’t tell you about me effectively.
We prefer working with leaders whom we know, understand, and are consistent (duh). So it is important that we know our own narrative and be able to pitch it accurately and inspiringly, consistently.
